Only translators can log on to ComConsole

Translators need to use ComConsole so that they can be available to receive conversations from clients.
Clients, however, do not need ComConsole. To chat with translators, you only need to click on the Initiate Chat link in the corresponding page (the Translator's profile, or a SecureTrans job).
